Funds needed
The current focus of our fundraising efforts is to raise monies so that we can move onto crucial Stage 2 of the project which includes the purchasing of building materials such as steel, cement, bricks, timber etc. This requires an additional AU$230,000.
Stage 2 includes:-
- The construction & outfitting of a food preparation facility
- The construction & outfitting of a tailoring workshop
- The construction & outfitting of a metal fabrication / welding workshop
- The construction & outfitting of a basic medical clinic
Beyond this stage, future funds will be needed to maintain, run and staff the centre on a day to day basis once it is operational and caring for the destitute teenage orphans.
